Were looking for a Client Services Manager to lead our Central Island region (Malahat to Qualicum).

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, growing business, and leading teams to deliver exceptional service.

What youll do Lead and support a strong operations team across the region Build and maintain trusted client relationships Identify growth opportunities and support proposals, renewals, and recent business Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic and market growth initiatives Stay ahead of industry trends and strengthen our community presence Ensure high-quality service delivery across all client sites Champion a positive, collaborative culture while representing CVIYs values with clients, partners,

Outlook, Word, Excel and Power
