What Were Looking For As a Team Assistant in the Commercial Auto Division , you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support for the Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to join our Langley Willowbrook location in a Temporary Full-Time position Our Willowbrook branch is centrally located near Willowbrook Shopping Centre.

The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The Responsibilities Youll assist Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts Youll perform ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors Youll assist withthe maintenance of fleet accounts Youll provide a high-level of service to both internal and external clients Youll update client information as changes occur Youll be supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching: Reconciling previous days ICBC transactions/documents (including cash, cheques, credit card payments)
