We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our leadership team in Langley.

What You Will Be Doing Lead, mentor,



and develop a team of accounting professionals through coaching, performance management, and technical guidance.

Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the accounting team, ensuring client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Review financial statements, working papers, and tax engagements prepared by staff.

Manage a portfolio of private-company clients across a variety of industries.

Build and maintain solid client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on accounting and business matters.

Assist Partners with practice management, workflow planning, resource allocation, and operational initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, efficiencies, and client service delivery.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.

Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
