About the Role: As a Landscaping Team Member, you will work as part of a crew delivering skilled, detail-oriented service to residential clients.

Responsibilities include: Lawn care and routine property maintenance (mowing, line-trimming, aeration).

Seasonal property clean-ups (pruning, trimming, leaf blowing / pick-up, weeding).

Installation (planting, mulching, sod, install, grading, top-dressing, over-seeding).

Learning to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.

Maintaining efficiency while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Hard-working consistently puts in the effort physically and mentally, in all weather.

Capable - safely working on ladders, performing ground-level tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs, and other hands-on tasks throughout the day.

Teachable eager to learn new skills and follow directions.





Detail-oriented + efficient balances noticing finer details while understanding the big picture and completing tasks on time.

Valid drivers license + reliable transportation - each day begins at our Cultus Lake meeting point.

Landscaping, construction, or hardscape experience is beneficial but not required.

Compensation & Growth: $23$26/hour starting wage (based on experience and performance).
