Prior barista experience desirable Smart Serve Required High attention to detail and cleanliness Passionate about customer service Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills and sales ability Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of skilled urgency and momentum Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to engage our guests Experience in a similar environment an asset
