About the Role: Were hiring a Shop Hand to join our production team, assisting with finishing, packaging, incoming inspection, and general shop support in a fast-paced precision machining workplace.

This role is on our Day Shift (Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm).

This is an entry-level role no prior manufacturing experience required.

Were hiring for attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn .

Training will be provided.

Youll work closely with the Quality Manager and Shipping Manager, spending most of your day assisting with handwork, polishing and deburring precision-machined parts.

Other responsibilities will include packaging parts, preparing orders for shipment, inspection of incoming parts, and helping wherever needed in the shop.

What Youll Be Doing: Perform post-machining finishing operations including deburring, polishing, and handwork.

Receive and inspect parts returning from subcontractors.

Package machined parts according to customer and internal instructions.

Prepare orders for shipment and ensure parts are protected and labeled correctly.

Support general shop needs and basic equipment upkeep.





Accurately record work and movement of parts in our ERP system (training provided).

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed.

Physically able to lift and move parts and packages.

Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
