The general duties are as follows: Attend production meetings when required Assist and collaborate with the department regarding preliminary designs Execution of designs Assist student costume designers and/or assistants.
Possess knowledge of fabrics and fashion history, designing, constructing costumes (sewing, dyeing, altering etc.), thrifting and sourcing Show run preparation Create a costume tracking sheet Plan and prepare students for quick changes Costume maintenance Washing, ironing, steaming, repairs How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter by the application deadline.
