This state-of-the-art facility has the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of creative forest products for customers around the world .

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Commitment to working safely coupled with strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to work hour shifts , including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Previous experience in a Mill environment or Manufacturing facility is preferred.

Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset.

In this role you will: Work independently as part of a high-performance team dedicated to safety and efficiently producing OSB.





Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.

Analyze and trouble shoot in your area, and communicate with your team lead and maintenance to get things back on track .

Work a rotating -hour shift schedule , which gives you flexibility to spend extra time with your family on days off.
