Job Description Job Summary Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments.

Ensures accurate inventory records and safe handling of materials.

Number of Positions 8 Main Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and damage, and report discrepancies.

Unload and load trucks, containers, and pallets using appropriate handling techniques and equipment.

Sort, label, stage, and store goods according to established procedures and inventory locations.

Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing orders and shipping documentation for carrier pickup.

Record and update inventory, shipping, and receiving data in warehouse management systems and manual logs.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and follow workplace health and safety policies.

Requirements Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations an asset.

Ability to perform physical tasks and lift, carry, and move loads as required by the role.

Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.

Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping abilities.

Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as operational needs require.

Requirements High school diploma Proven work experience as a Truck Driver Class A CDL or commercial driver license Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc) Must pass drug and alcohol test Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferred Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Must have clean driving record Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout day Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) Listening and verbal communication skills
