A typical day:
- Develop detailed electrical drawings including layouts,
schematics, and installation details
- Lead HV and LV electrical design and drafting activities
- Review and validate drawings to meet project specifications and client standards
- Coordinate and guide junior designers' work output
- Participate in design and 3D model reviews with stakeholders
- Perform calculations for cables, lighting, and electrical systems
Requirements:
- Hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Design/Drafting
- Demonstrate experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and SPEL
- Utilise 3D design tools such as SP3D, PDMS, PDS or equivalent
- Apply expertise in lighting, power, grounding, and cable systems design
- Deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
- Communicate effectively in technical reviews and cross-functional teams
