Your role
As a Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense - and the first to help. You'll:
- Patrol the property and maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and alarms.
- Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
- Complete accurate reports and use computer-based reporting systems.
- Follow site procedures and support the Team Lead with daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, emergency responders, and your team.
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional setting every day.

What you bring
Authorization to work in Canada
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved)
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Stay active throughout your shift with the ability to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours.
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Enjoy Consistent Shifts and Work-Life Balance with every other weekend off.
