Addiction Services Campus Program Manager, Men’s Recovery Program The Campus Manager provides overall leadership, operational oversight, spiritual direction, and program accountability for the campus. This role ensures the program operates in a safe, structured, Christ-centered, and transformational environment while maintaining organizational standards, accreditation requirements, and provincial and federal compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities Leadership &
• Team Oversight - Hire, train, lead, supervise, and support campus staff and volunteers - Foster a healthy culture of integrity, accountability, unity, and servant leadership - Conduct staff meetings, coaching, performance reviews, and development planning - Support conflict resolution and team communication - Provide leadership with human resource functions Program Oversight - Ensure consistency and excellence in program delivery - Monitor client progress, family engagement, structure, schedules, and program outcomes - Support crisis management and behavioral interventions when required - Ensure documentation, reporting, and program records are completed accurately Compliance &
• Safety - Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies - Maintain provincial and federal health and safety standards - Oversee incident management, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation - Ensure proper medication procedures, facility safety, and workplace practices are followed Operations &
• Administration - Oversee campus operations, transportation, maintenance coordination, and facility needs - Budget accountability and responsible stewardship of building and resources - Support fundraising and financial revenue sources - Support admissions,
discharge planning, and communication with regional leadership - Live as an example to the clients in daily behavior and actions - Model Christ-centered leadership and healthy spiritual maturity - Foster an environment of discipleship, prayer, restoration, and personal growth - Support chapel services, devotions, outreach opportunities, and spiritual mentorship Community &
• Family Relations - Build healthy relationships with churches, referral partners, families, and community supports - Represent the organization professionally within the community Additional Responsibilities - Other duties as assigned Education, Experience and Credentials - Leadership experience in addiction recovery, ministry, social services, or residential care considered an asset - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (Ministry, Business, Addiction Services) - Master’s degree considered an asset - Valid driver’s licence - Current First Aid Certification required - Must be able to obtain and maintain a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance - Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills - Understanding of addiction recovery, trauma, and behavioral support - Ability to lead teams and maintain healthy structure in a residential setting - Willing and able to take and complete assigned training and development - Agreement with organizational mission, values, and faith-based approach - Working with individuals in addiction and recovery - Travel as required for work purposes - On-call for emergencies as required The work environment reflects the Christ-centered mission of Adult &
