- Assess and identify educational needs through collaboration
- Develop and revise simulation education materials and programs
- Implement and track simulation educational activities




- Evaluate the success of simulation programs to ensure objectives are met
- Organize and maintain a simulation supply inventory Requirements:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM needed
- At least three years of relevant simulation experience
- Leadership or education experience is valued
- Certification in clinical simulation education is a plus
