Advance your career with BIOVECTRA, part of Agilent, as the Manager of Technical Operations. Lead a dedicated team while optimizing production processes in pharmaceuticals at our Windsor, NS and Charlottetown, PEI sites. In this managerial role, you will oversee a team of production staff, ensuring alignment of technical operations with development.

Your expertise will steer the technical transfer of projects and influence production decisions. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing, you will provide recommendations ensuring the successful commercialization of products and fostering operational excellence throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coach production team members effectively
- Supervise direct floor operations and provide guidance




- Facilitate alignment across technical decisions for production
- Develop and approve SOPs and training documents
- Participate in client project inception to technology transfer Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
- 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Knowledge of drug product manufacturing techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills Lead technical operations and drive innovation at BIOVECTRA while improving therapeutic manufacturing.
