- Lead shift report and communicate changes in residents’ status
- Record significant changes in residents’ condition accurately
- Review and process physician orders as required
- Communicate difficulties with physician orders promptly Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Knowledge of relevant health acts and regulations
- Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
- Registration with provincial nursing registry
