- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for the Utilities division
- Identify and build talent pipelines for assigned roles
- Provide strategic advice to hiring managers
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Analyze recruitment trends for process improvement Requirements:
- 5+ years in recruitment, 3+ in a strategic TA role
- Experienced in Canadian and U.S. hiring
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools
