About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated MHE Operators/ Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position involves working in a cold-storage environment and requires robust attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
- Perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs
- Work safely in cooler/freezer conditions
- Follow instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
Requirements
- Must be Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-15°C to -25°C).
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Not afraid of heights
- MHE experience preferred, but training available
- Strong attention to detail
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal transportation
- Safety shoes required
- No cell phones permitted inside the warehouse
