Kelowna Chevrolet has an immediate opportunity available for a full-time Service Advisor. Our busy dealership requires an enthusiastic, energetic, and driven individual to serve our customers.

A suitable candidate should possess the following attributes:

- CDK program experience
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
- Sales experience
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Customer orientated
- Naturally a problem solver
- Individual drive, and desire to obtain new skills
- Work well in a team atmosphere
- Good with computers and “software savvy”
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset

The tasks you will be responsible for:

- Advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs




- Verify warranty and service contract coverage's
- Prepare work orders by describing symptoms, problems and communicating necessary information to the repairing technicians
- Maintain customer rapport, build customer relationships
- Review and discuss vehicle maintenance needs
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
- Continue to expand on knowledge base, perform training to better serve our customers

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
