Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a commitment to food safety and quality. This role involves overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained. The Chef will play a vital role in creating innovative menus, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes
- Oversee food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies
- Develop innovative menus that appeal to diverse customer preferences
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in cooking, food presentation,



and customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure timely serving of food to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold restaurant reputation
- Collaborate with management on staffing schedules, menu planning, and operational improvements

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
- Supervising experience within the food industry or hospitality sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Exceptional communication skills for serving guests and coordinating with staff
