IBU is Calgary’s hottest new Asian fusion concept, serving up vibrant, flavour-packed dishes inspired by Southeast Asia with a contemporary edge. We’re on the hunt for passionate Line Cooks and CDPs who thrive in fast-paced kitchens and love creating unforgettable food.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to IBU’s recipes and quality standards
- Set up and maintain an organized and fully stocked station
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Assist with daily prep and cleaning tasks
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-paced restaurant kitchen, CDP minimum of 3 years experience.
- A true love of cooking and exploring Asian flavours
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail




- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Food Safety certification is a bonus
- Your own set of knives is a must
