Requirements

- Minimum 2 years customer service experience

Duties

- Answer for incoming sales calls, emails, and texts




- Manage e-mail accounts, label and organize shared mailbox
- Greet, work with, and support all walk-in clients
- Provide a warm, attentive presence for clients
- Complete and present quotes to clients
- Solve problems effectively, in a timely manner
- Track and document leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Ensuring customer communication is addressed
- Follow procedures and ongoing training
- Behave courteously and professionally at all times
- Use computer platforms as directed
- Express information accurately and concisely
- Become a product specialist, build product knowledge
- Pro-active investigation of customer needs
- Digitize and archive paperwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
