Endodontist Specialist office seeking full-time receptionist. Dental experience a must. We are a fast-paced office. You must be a team player, organized, goal-oriented and have great communication skills. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with some overtime, NO weekends. We are easily accessible on the Yonge TTC line. MUST be a team player.

Responsibilities:

· Greet people entering the establishment

· Bill and process dental insurance claims (incl. social services)

· Provide information to patients and referring offices

· Answer phone calls and email inquiries

· Balance end of day financial statements

· Schedule patients according to office protocols Experience:

· Dental reception experience is a must

· Extremely organized Position Type:

· Full-Time: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

· Ability to work until 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm when necessary

· No weekends!

Compensation:

· Competitive compensation, based on experience
