Urban Tails is looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable full-time Retail Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Operate the cash register and process sales accurately.
- Help customers choose the best food, treats, toys, and supplies.
- Receive, stock, and merchandise products.
- Keep shelves full and the store clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory counts and displays.
- Answer phones and assist customers in person and online.
- Work as part of a supportive team.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Retail or cashier experience is an asset.
- Interest in pet nutrition and natural pet products.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Available weekends and some evenings.
- A genuine love of animals.
