We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately sourcing, ordering, receiving, shipping, and managing inventory of heavy truck and diesel engine parts.

This position requires knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts for major manufacturers including Daimler, Freightliner, Western Star, Cummins, and other heavy-duty truck applications. Experience with CDK dealership software is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers, technicians, and fleet accounts in identifying and sourcing heavy truck and diesel engine parts.
- Provide professional and timely customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Process parts orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
- Source OEM and aftermarket parts from approved suppliers.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and ship parts orders to customers and vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient parts warehouse.
- Process returns, warranty claims, and core returns as required.
- Work collaboratively with service technicians and other departments to support operational needs.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.





Qualifications & RequirementsRequired:

- Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or customer service role.
- Knowledge of heavy truck, diesel engine, or transportation industry parts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid Class G Driver's Licence.
- Ability to provide a satisfactory Driver's Abstract and Criminal Record Check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.

Assets:

- Experience with Daimler/Freightliner, Western Star, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Allison, and other heavy-duty truck product lines.
- Experience sourcing and selling aftermarket truck parts.
- Knowledge of CDK Drive or other dealership management software.
- Forklift certification or warehouse experience.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
