Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases
- Stay familiar with a wide range of inventory categories
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves
- Assist with unpacking, pricing, and displaying merchandise
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Support loss prevention and inventory accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and handle returns professionally
- Help with occasional heavy lifting and stockroom duties

Qualifications:

- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude
- Robust knowledge or curiosity about a wide range of consumer products
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
