Job Description We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Rexel Utility- Edmonton branch.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products.
He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.
Responsibilities: Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales Processing orders, inquiries & quotations Maintaining a high level of customer service Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills,
