Role Responsibilities Lead the reporting, planning, and business operations that help shape Albertas enterprise technology landscape.
In this strategic leadership role, you will provide insight, governance, and operational excellence that enable informed decision-making and successful delivery of government-wide IMT priorities.
You Will Be Responsible For: Leading enterprise IT performance reporting, governance reviews, audits, and service delivery oversight to support informed technology investmentdecisions.
Providing strategic analysis, advice, briefings, and recommendations to senior leaders on operational, financial, and organizational priorities.
Overseeing divisional business operations, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and business continuity activities.
Directing the development and delivery of reporting, analysis,
and performance measurement to improve visibility and accountability across IMT initiatives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders across the division, department, and partner ministries to advance shared objectives.
Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering a cooperative, innovative, and agile workplace culture.
Managing risks, operational priorities, and organizational change to ensure divisional objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Supporting executive leadership by acting on behalf of the Executive Director as required and contributing to strategic branch and divisional priorities.
