Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Planner & Scheduler to support the Planning & Scheduling function within the Industrial Division.
Reporting to the Senior Planner & Scheduler, this role plays a critical part in developing and maintaining project schedules that support the successful delivery of medium to highcomplexity construction projects across our portfolio.
You will help drive performance, mitigate schedule risks, and enable teams to make informed decisions that keep projects on track.
Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site Develop and maintain project master schedules for medium to highcomplexity projects using Critical Path Method in accordance with contract requirements and company best practices Establish baseline schedules by collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to define durations, milestones, constraints, and thirdparty interfaces Prepare and lead schedule updates and performance reporting , including cash flow alignment, Earned Value metrics, Scurves, milestone trends, heatmaps,
and variance analysis Identify schedule risks and drive corrective actions , including mitigation planning, resequencing strategies, and whatif scenario modelling to support informed project decisions Support delay analysis and change management , integrating risk registers, productivity reviews, and contributing to timeimpact assessments, schedule change management, and cashflow evaluations The Right Tools for the Job Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Skills: Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office, Knowledge of delay analysis methods, Ability to interpret risk registers and productivity data, Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, Tilos, Powerproject, etc.) is an asset Experience: 5+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience in buildings, industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects.
Experience on at least one full project lifecycle (initiation to closeout).
Experience across multiple delivery methods (EPC, Design
