Responsibilities Assist with preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts Support month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank statements, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records Help process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews Maintain organized accounting files and records Assist with expense tracking, accruals, and account analysis Support the accounting team with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed
