Your newpany A very successful and rapidly growing Real Estatepany with assets and offices in multiple provinces, is currently seeking an experienced Accounting professional to head up the finance operations for their Hotels division.

Your new role Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting inpliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax legislation.

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and internal reporting.

Review and supervise the work of accounting staff, maintaining strong financial controls and reporting integrity.

Analyze cash flow, payment runs, and overall financial performance to support decision-making.

Support and improve accounting processes, systems integrations, reporting workflows, and operational controls.

Monitor financial and operational KPI reporting, including revenue, occupancy, profitability, and other performance metrics.

Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and key service providers.

Assist with transition, acquisition, and integration activities, including financial due diligence, inventory counts, system handovers, and account reconciliations.

Support vendor management,



contract administration, utility management, and continuity of essential services.

Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights, strategic rmendations, and long-term planning support.

Lead or participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

What you''ll need to succeed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of accounting leadership experience within the hospitality/hotel sector.

Business,merce, or Accounting degree required. CPA designation, or actively pursuing a CPA, is required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving,munication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Experience with accounting, property management, reservations, payroll, inventory, and reporting systems.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, taxpliance, audit processes, cash management, and operational KPI reporting.

Proven ability to evaluate, implement, and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting workflows.
