Your Chance We are seeking a Vice President (Manager), M&A; and Capital Markets to join the Advisory team.

This is a replacement role.

In this role, you will lead and support a range of complex transactions and capital markets initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes for clients.

As a Manager you will: Lead a range of advisory (sell, buy side and capital raising) assignments concurrently assuming responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on projects Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external, including accountability for the operational aspects of client engagement Conduct market and industry research, detailed financial analysis and evaluate key drivers of financial performance Assist in the identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors/lenders Generate new business opportunities within the M&A; and Capital Markets practice and BDO in general,



developing long-term relationships and networks Be entrepreneurial in nature to drive growth and practice management in our growing team Mentor and develop junior level team members How do we define success for your role? You have minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in capital markets/corporate finance Motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous and able to work under pressure Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.

The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel, when necessary.
