This role supports full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring leaders to attract talent, streamline hiring processes, and deliver a positive candidate experience across a variety of roles.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a high-volume recruitment workplace with strong relationship-building and sourcing skills.

Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.

Source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and talent mapping.

Screen applicants and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.

Partner with hiring managers and HR to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.

Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Contribute to recruitment process improvements and modernization efforts.
