We''re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee a produce repacking and packaging team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Southeast Calgary, AB Job Type: Full time | Temporary to Permanent Pay: Starting at $23/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (weekends as required) What You''ll Do Lead and support production associates Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications Perform quality inspections and communicate concerns Maintain food safety, packaging, and labelling standards Conduct inventory and cycle counts Manage daily labour requirements Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with operations, quality assurance,



and customer service teams Identify issues and implement solutions proactively What We''re Looking For Supervisory or team lead experience Previous fresh produce experience (required) Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, or food safety programs is an asset Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day CSA-approved safety boots required Forklift or warehouse experience is an asset Why Apply?
