Our client is seeking a Senior IT Business Partner to evolve the BRM team as well as support

Finance, Supply Chain & IT Portfolio within an the energy industry.

We''re seeking a Senior IT Business Partner to serve as the strategic link between business leadership and IT, supporting Finance and Supply Chain.

This role will help shape business demand, align technology investments with business priorities, as well as mature the organization''s IT Business Partnership practice.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, you''ll help bridge the gap between business strategy and technology delivery while driving meaningful business outcomes.

This clients working model is 5 days per week in office so the successful candidate must be local to Calgary. 1 year contract to start Must Haves 10+ years of experience partnering with business and IT within complex enterprise environments.

Experience serving as an IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager (BRM), or similar strategic business-facing technology role Building, maturing, or improving an IT Business Partnership (BRM) function, governance model, or operating framework.

Experience with portfolio management, demand management, prioritization,



and business value realization Strong stakeholder management experience supporting senior leadership and executive teams Experience developing business capability roadmaps and aligning business strategy with technology initiatives Solid facilitation, relationship management, and influence without authority Nice to Have Experience supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain business functions Experience working with Enterprise Architecture teams Coaching or mentoring Business Partners or similar strategic roles BRMP, CBRM, PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or Prosci certifications Experience introducing governance, demand management, or operating models within evolving organizations.

Experience in oil & gas, pipeline, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries is strongly preferred Responsibilities Partner with executive business leaders to align technology investments with business priorities Shape business demand, prioritize technology investments, and balance business value, risk, and capacity across the portfolio.

Develop strategic capability roadmaps and long-term technology plans Help define and mature the IT Business Partnership operating model, processes, and standards Mentor Business Partners and promote consistent ways of working across the team Represent business priorities throughout the project lifecycle while measuring business value and outcomes
