Collaborate with dealership management and corporate teams to ensure policy compliance.
Provide training and support to improve compliance with warranty policy and procedures.
Contribute to dealer network initiatives and internal audit projects.
Utilize data analytics to enhance dealer compliance in warranty-related areas.
Requirements Bachelor''s Degree.
5-7 years of experience in automotive retail processes, with a focus on fixed operations departments.
In-depth knowledge of automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Based in the Edmonton or Calgary, AB metro areas with 90% travel.
