Our energy sector client is seeking a Senior Project Schedulerto develop and maintain integrated project schedules on major energy projects using Primavera P6 Calgary-based role - Candidates will be in-office in downtown Calgary 5 days/week.

Occasional field travel required Must Haves 15+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler or Project Planner with a focus on on major capital projects using Primavera P6 Experience with Primavera P6 expertise with integrated Level IIV project schedules Experience in EPC project lifecycles , WBS/CBS , project controls , and change management Experience in Schedule risk analysis , critical path management , and resource forecasting Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline Solid Nice to Have Field experience within large-scale industrial projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Oil & gas, petrochemical,



or energy sector project experience Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, or equivalent schedule risk analysis tools Experience integrating schedules across multiple contractors and execution scopes Responsibilities Develop and maintain Level IIV integrated project schedules Integrate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning teams Review and validate schedule data, dependencies, and logical sequencing Manage schedule changes in accordance with Project Controls procedures Perform critical path analysis, variance analysis, and what-if scenario evaluations Prepare and distribute schedule progress and performance reports Support development and improvement of planning and scheduling procedures, templates, and reporting standards
