Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio (False Creek location), is currently looking for Line Cooks. The ideal candidate will excel as a team player and will work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment. He or she will have the prospect to learn from a Top Chef and work with exceptional seasonal products. You will offer minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Cook.

- Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation of the highest caliber
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ similar or transferable experience
- A strong cooking foundation is an asset
- Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Possess articulate communication skills required to interact effectively with the team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Must have a passion for food and the hospitality industry
