What You Will Do?
You will manage the entire sales cycle. No handing off clients to someone else, you hunt them, you close them, you keep them.
- Prospect:
Identify and cold-call shippers across North America to build your pipeline.
- Consult: Diagnose supply chain pain points and offer Lumico’s freight solutions.
- Negotiate: Go head-to-head on pricing with shippers and carriers to maximize margin.
- Manage: Oversee your freight from pickup to delivery, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
- Grow: Turn one-off shipments into dedicated, long-term accounts.

The Qualifications
- Sales or Customer Service experience is a plus, but grit is required.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Robust tech proficiency (CRM, Load Boards, Email).
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
