Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, cabinetry, and construction-related skills, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to work on custom cabinetry projects, restoration jobs, and installation tasks in a dynamic workplace that values craftsmanship and precision.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and related woodwork.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinets using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, and sealing to ensure high-quality results.
- Assist with restoration projects involving cabinetry or wood fixtures.
- Measure spaces accurately for custom fitting and installation of cabinets in residential or commercial settings.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met and projects are completed on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures.




- Support other construction or carpentry tasks such as framing, rebar installation, or flooring as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cabinetry making, woodworking, or related construction trades.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment.
- Familiarity with construction painting, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, and caulking is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
