In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by supervising live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.

Things To Consider:

- This role involves Demo supervision for Advantage in a Major Retailer
- You’ll be part of a regional team with an assigned territory, so reliable transportation is required
- Previous Demo and managerial experience required
- Food, health, and safety certified required
- Standard Work Hours, but not limited to - Thursday/Friday 3pm - 6pm; Saturday/Sunday 12pm - 6pm

Now, about you:

- Are comfortable interacting with Brand Ambassadors,



customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Available for afternoon and evening shifts on weekends
- Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 8 hours
- Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality, with enhanced focus on food, health and safety regulations in a retail environment
- Are comfortable following and instructing protocol to Brand Ambassadors who are preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location(s)
- Comfortable getting to multiple locations within set territory through weather and traffic.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers, and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a robust bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also successful at team building skills and team management
