PO-KE is looking for professional and friendly Rapid Food Counter Staff to work in a quick service food establishment. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction and continued company growth. Part/Full Time evenings and weekends.

Job Duties

- Greet and welcome customers when entering and leaving PO-KE establishments.
- Efficiently and effectively operate POS System
- Take customer orders in person, over the phone and through delivery partner platforms
- Prepare the customers food and drink orders.
- Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
- Confirm and double check that all ordered items are received by guests
- Up-sale on additional menu items and add-ons.
- Knowledgeably answer customers questions regarding PO-KE’s, including but not limited to the menu (ingredients, special orders, allergies), general information (hours and locations).
- Maintain stock
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas,



including storefront, windows, countertops, floors, washrooms, furniture, etc.
- Food prep
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Reliable, dependable and can work independently and as a team
- Excellent English communications skills – oral and written
- Superior problem-solving abilities; able to handle difficult situations and/or customers
- Qualified, positive and proactive
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Experience working in food establishment preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
