Smitty’s Home Hardware is a family-owned and operated home improvement retailer. We offer a full range of products and services from key cutting to custom home design and sales. We are located in Laurentian Valley between Pembroke and Petawawa, open seven days a week.

We are currently recruiting for a Cashier. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

The Cashier will perform customer service duties that include scanning items for purchase, completing returns and processing building materials sales. Some merchandising and general store maintenance is also part of this role.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cashier role an asset

High commitment to customer service

Retail experience, including with building supply stores is an asset





Punctual and reliable

Ability to work with minimal or no supervision

Comfortable in a rapid-paced environment

This position will include weekend shifts.
