As the PR & Social Content Specialist, you are responsible for helping our clients show up in the right places with the right message

Working closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, designers, video partners, and client stakeholders, you develop communications strategies, create compelling content, lead media relations, manage social media programs, and measure performance across a diverse portfolio of clients.

The PR & Social Content Specialist reports directly to the VP of Communications & PR.

Responsibilities

- Own PR, content, and social media programs for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Translate client business goals into strategies that build awareness, engagement, and reputation.
- Lead content development across digital, social, and earned channels.
- Build strong relationships with clients, media, influencers, and agency partners.
- Identify current opportunities, trends, and ideas that help clients stay ahead.

Accountabilities

- Develop communications strategies, editorial calendars, and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
- Write, edit, and publish content including social posts, blogs, website copy, newsletters, executive thought leadership, and video scripts.
- Manage paid and organic social media campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead media relations activities, including media list development, pitching, interview coordination, and coverage reporting.
- Monitor online conversations, manage community engagement,



and identify opportunities through social listening.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other agency partners to deliver campaigns and content.
- Measure performance, prepare client reports, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Manage multiple client brands while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas to clients and the agency.

Credentials

- Degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience managing content, social media and PR programs for multiple brands or clients
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across both long- and short-form content
- Experience with social media management and PR management platforms (Sprout Social, Meltwater, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Strong understanding of earned, owned, and paid communications
- Experience with social advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
