This role involves engaging with customers, providing expert advice on paint and stain application. Specialist will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, driving sales growth, and promoting our brand’s reputation for quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate paint products and accessories based on their renovation or construction needs.
- Maintain organizational skills to keep track of inventory levels, product displays, and customer orders.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in retail sales
- Experience with merchandising
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to work well in a team setting.
