Position: Guest Services Agent (GSA)
Type: Part time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)
Wage: $16/hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a warm and Brighthearted personality to join our Front Desk team! If you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, spreading positivity, and eager to grow within the exciting world of hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine.
Shifts:
Applicants must have flexible availability, including:
- Immediate discounts at the Garden Grille Restaurant (50%) and The Shop (25%)

Who You Are:
- Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus but not required
- A diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is an asset
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely guest-focused
- Solid communication and multitasking skills
- Able to stay composed and effective in a busy environment
- Organized,
reliable, and team-oriented
- Ready to bring a Brighthearted attitude to every shift—creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and warmth
- Check guests in and out efficiently while delivering a great first and last impression
- Create and manage reservations accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced float
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and Hilton brand standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Support other departments when needed
- Take initiative and be eager to learn and grow
