What You’ll Do
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager, Inventory & Order Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering innovative, scalable solutions across eCommerce fulfillment. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through delivery and performance optimization—ensuring our inventory and order management capabilities drive customer value, operational efficiency, and business growth.The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional influence to deliver measurable outcomes across complex fulfillment ecosystems.Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for inventory and order management capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve product availability, fulfillment speed, and customer experienceAlign product direction to enterprise priorities, financial goals, and customer needsTranslate business problems into transparent product value propositions and prioritized outcomesTeam Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team of Associate Product ManagersProvide coaching, direction, and prioritization guidance to ensure strong product executionFoster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementPartner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders to deliver outcomesProduct Development & Delivery
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and optimizationDrive development of solutions across:
Inventory availability and visibilityOrder orchestration and fulfillment optimizationAutomated ordering, split shipment reduction, and DC utilization
Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve speed, quality, and scalability of deliveryValue Definition & Business Impact
Clearly define expected business value, customer impact, and ROI for all initiativesDefine, track,
and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to product successPartner with Finance and stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and cost visibility across initiativesHold the team accountable for delivering measurable business valueContinuous Improvement & Innovation
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in eCommerce fulfillment and inventory managementDrive ongoing improvements to processes, tools, and product capabilitiesChampion a customer-first, data-driven mindset across the product teamAbility to lead and support teams in adopting AI-enabled practices, building confidence and capability across the teamWhat You Bring
5–10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or supply chain domainsProven experience leading teams and delivering complex digital productsStrong understanding of inventory management, order orchestration, and fulfillment operationsDemonstrated ability to define strategy and deliver measurable business outcomesAdvanced analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-makingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated AI mindset, with the ability to incorporate AI tools and capabilities into daily product management practices to drive productivity, insight generation, and decision-makingExperience or strong interest in leveraging AI to improve ways of working (e.G., accelerating analysis, enhancing requirements, automating workflows, improving communication)Curiosity and adaptability in exploring emerging technologies,
with a focus on practical application and measurable impactExceptional communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and financial integrityFamiliarity with financial modeling and budgeting processesRelevant certifications (e.G., Agile, PMP, AI) are a plusBenefits

Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
