We're Hiring: Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate)
Are you an experienced in‑house legal qualified looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, global environment? We're seeking a Legal Counsel with strong commercial contracting experience to join a fast‑growing international organization supporting teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters while partnering closely with business leaders to enable growth, manage risk, and drive strategic initiatives.What You'll Be Doing
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, supplier agreements, and client contractsProvide practical legal guidance on commercial issues, contract interpretation, and dispute resolutionSupport corporate projects, including mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiativesDevelop, review, and maintain internal legal policies and governance documentationAssist with intellectual property, data protection, compliance, and insurance mattersHelp manage legal budgets, outside counsel, and invoice trackingIdentify opportunities to improve legal processes, templates, and best practicesPartner with cross‑functional stakeholders and collaborate with legal colleagues across multiple global regionsWhat We're Looking For




Law degree (LLB or equivalent)6+ years of experience as an in‑house Legal CounselExperience supporting businesses within the marketing, advertising, promotional products, retail, print, warehousing, supply chain or related industries with tangible productsStrong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiationAbility to provide clear, practical, business‑focused legal adviceCorporate or M&A; experience is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong attention to detail and sound commercial judgmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and strong documentation practicesWho You Are
