Key Responsibilities:



- Manage the new engagement intake and prioritize accordingly - Lead EPMs towards quality requirements and scope maintenance - Oversee capacity planning to support engineering pods - Develop and maintain leadership portfolio reports - Ensure structured governance through engagement phases
Requirements: - 7+ years in strategy or portfolio management - 3+ years in managing multiple technology portfolios - Strong communication for trade-offs and priorities - Solid analytical skills for strategic recommendations - Familiarity with governance in financial services
