We are looking for a Family Medicine physician to join our community clinic from June 29 to September 7, 2026. In this medium-term position, you'll manage an average of 24 patients per day, and participate in shared weekend rounds. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver primary care to an average of 24 patients daily - Share weekend rounds approximately 1 in 6 - Provide optional emergency care coverage - Oversee inpatient and LTC management - Conduct necessary home visits
Requirements: - Board-certified Family Medicine or equivalent - Good command of the English language - Preferred experience in inpatient and LTC care - Comfortable with Mois EMR platform
