Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive organizational design projects from start to finish - Assess current organizational models for inefficiencies - Collaborate with leaders to adjust roles and workflows - Maintain design tools and conduct HR data analysis - Support talent management through insightful designs
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - At least 5 years of experience in organization design - Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills - Expertise in change management and improvement processes - Experience with Workday is a plus
